During her career, Cecilia worked in various management positions within the financial services industry, ranging from corporate finance, insurance, asset management and wealth management. Focus has been on growing businesses, developing people, all with the aim of profitable growth.
The last ten years has been focused on working as independent board member in both listed and private companies, often with seats in the audit committee.
